The standard installation of glass block wall is given below. This method features expansion strips installed between the glass block wall and the structure which give the glass block wall the flexibility to sustain wind pressure and vibration by absorbing any deformation. This provides security.

The standard steps and scope of the work for installing a glass block wall are shown in the figure below. (The colors in the glass block installation drawing correspond to those in the scope of work chart)

A. Proportion of material: Concrete 10kg, sand 10kg, architectural gum water 0.3kg, water 3kg. Mix them into sand paste according to this proportion.	B. Cutting cross-shaped spacer in to “T” and “L”-shaped, suit for requirement of each position.	C. Install the glass blocks with the sad paste layer by layer from top to bottom, install the spacer between glass blocks to fix them.
D. After finished the wall, screw the outer part if spacer off the glass block.	E. Scrape off the redundant sand paste, draw the outline of the joint gap.	F. Rup away the sand paste and dirt, clean the blocks. Finally brush the water-proof paint in the joint.

1. Check size measurement of previously constructed open space.
2. Insert Otec Panel in the open space previously constructed.
3. Insert Otec Panel bolts to frame.
4. Silicone finish outter frame area.
